I met Ronda when I put my house up for sale. Since we were deep in an economic slump, it took a little while to sell. We did have constant lookers but no offers. During this sales process, Ronda took all feedback from lookers and her peers to heart. She made appointments with workers, such as landscapers, carpet cleaners, decorator, etc., and she stayed at the house until the particular worker came so that I did not have to take time off work. She held several open-houses and blitzed the internet with my house info.
During all the time and work going into the house, if it had not been for Ronda, I would probably still be there. She was always upbeat and she was constantly giving me hope.
Bottom line, if it hadn’t been for Ronda, I would probably still be on the southside, driving 30 minutes one way everyday instead of living in my dreamhouse and driving 15 minutes total per day.
